Daily rates include:

  1. Luxury Accommodation
  2. All Meals and Soft Drinks
  3. Airport Transfer
  4. Safari with fully equipped 4x4 vehicle
  5. Services of PH and Hunt/ Camp Staff
  6. Daily Laundry Service
  7. General Trophy Licence
  8. Field Preparation of Trophies
  9. Trophy Delivery to Taxidermist
  10. All Concession Fees

Daily rates exclude:

  1. Accommodation before and after contracted safari period
  2. Travel to and from concession areas, on clinets' request
  3. Travel to and from lodges, on clients request
  4. Charter flights
  5. Alcohol, Gratuities and Personal effects
  6. Trophy fees for game hunted or wounded and lost
  7. Trophies: disinfecting, packing, shipping, preparation and insurance
  8. Personal Telecommunication costs
  9. General Sales Tax of 15%
  10. Side trip / shopping trip to Windhoek
